SleekSix provides AI-powered developer tools including a news intelligence engine, image generation, conversational AI, and translation APIs (collectively, the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at mahendar.guda@sleeksix.online if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale without permission
• Use the APIs to generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

API access is subject to rate limits communicated in the developer documentation. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension of API access. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time.

All content, code, branding, and tooling on the platform is owned by or licensed to SleekSix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Content you provide or generate through the Service remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SleekSix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karimnagar, Telangana, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a platform notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
